Monad develops Adara’s digital operations
Monad has been involved in the further development and maintenance of Adara’s online retail operations. Adarashop provides Adara’s corporate customers with an electronic way to order products. The online service enables the customers to place orders quickly and easily as well as to review their order history.
In addition, the message broker system integration developed by Monad makes it possible, based on the reports, to receive pre-notifications about deliveries from suppliers, reports on inventories and the use of raw materials, automated raw material orders, etc.
“Monad has developed our systems further and ensured that they talk better to each other, enabling us to rid ourselves of overlapping information,” says application specialist Marja Terenius.
Seamless software expertise
Orders are both received and processed via the online store, which is invaluable for Adara’s business. The ERP system used for orders is managed by the system supplier. Monad’s role is to make sure that there are no issues occurring on the online store interfaces when the system is updated. One of the recent development targets has been the further development of the interface between the ERP and Adara’s own system. According to Terenius, the cooperation has been seamless:
