Monad Ltd has appointed Antti Riikonen, M.Sc. (Tech), as the CEO effective from December 23, 2022. Riikonen previously held the position of Director of Business Development at the company. Prior to this appointment, Monad Ltd did not have a CEO, and the operational activities were overseen by the company’s board.
Antti Riikonen has been working at Monad since November 2021 when he started as the Director of Business Development. The appointment of CEO aims to clarify the division of responsibilities between the board and the new role. Riikonen brings extensive experience in software business development and shaping corporate culture. Before joining Monad, he has worked at companies such as Huld and Bitwise.
