Synergy between Employee Experience and Customer Satisfaction

At our company, our operations are built on a foundation of high-quality work and a strong company culture. When our team is thriving, they are motivated to provide the best service to our customers. We are confident that our customers remain satisfied when they have enthusiastic experts by their side, equipped with solid expertise. Instead of relying on guesswork, we regularly measure both customer and employee satisfaction.

Our core principles are deeply rooted in sustainable software development. It goes beyond just environmentally conscious code; it encompasses software development that considers holistic sustainable development values. Therefore, we emphasize strong customer orientation and the well-being of our software developers. 

A Positive Employee Experience Also Serves the Customer

Our company culture and its development are one of our competitive advantages. Providing an interesting and distinctive workplace for today’s and tomorrow’s professionals is already a great achievement in itself. However, we see this as a means to offer our customers a truly skilled and motivated team.

During the spring, we implemented the Quality of Working Life (QWL) method developed by Marko Kesti at the University of Lapland to evaluate our employees’ experience. This method consists of three dimensions: physical and emotional safety, collaboration and identity, and goals and creativity. Our evaluation resulted in an excellent level of 76.1%.

Furthermore, we assess our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) four times a year, with a score of 84 in the May survey (compared to 95 in February). Although these numbers are excellent, we continue to strive for improvement and support the professional development of each individual.

Essential Tools for Development and Creating Future Perspectives

We engage in active dialogue with our customers on a daily basis. This enables us to respond to various situations and continuously improve our operations to meet customer needs. However, we also believe that it is important to measure customer satisfaction through separate surveys and gain insights for the future.

Our collaboration with your skilled professionals has been seamless and smooth. The individuals involved in our projects have been open-minded and provided valuable constructive feedback.

We conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey to track progress. Our goal was to gather general feedback on customer satisfaction with our services, but equally important was to hear their suggestions for improvement and identify areas where we can continue to grow. As we prioritize high-quality software development, we also sought feedback on how well we succeed from our customers’ perspective.

We have summarized the survey and identified three main themes. These themes emerged from both the descriptive qualities associated with our work and the open responses supporting them. It is gratifying to see that our customers recognize the characteristics that are important to us:

Reliable: Customers describe us as a reliable partner who meets their needs exceptionally well. This is reflected in the long-term partnerships we have with our customers.

Diligent: Our team is perceived as diligent and hardworking. Customers appreciate the team’s proactive and self-driven approach to work, which positively impacts the smoothness of our collaboration.

Helpful and Collaborative: Our team is seen as highly collaborative and helpful. Customers feel that our team members work as part of their own team, providing constructive feedback that enhances the success of our collaboration.

We would like to sincerely thank both our staff and customers for their valuable responses. With your input, we can continuously improve our operations and provide even better service.
