Monad’s office was filled with cloud services experts on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, as Monad sponsored the January meetup of AWS User Group Tampere.

The purpose of meetups, like this one aimed at professionals working with or interested in Amazon Web Services (AWS), is to enable the sharing of knowledge and experiences. Additionally, these events provide a great opportunity to network with other experts outside of one’s own organization.

At the sponsored event, presentations were given by experts from both Monad and BeeHealthy. Software developers Tuomas Peltola and Topi Ojala from Monad spoke about analytics on AWS using open-source tools. They introduced the Snowplow tool in their presentation, which allows for the collection of user behavior data. Tero Vepsäläinen from BeeHealthy discussed the specific challenges of a multi-cloud platform.

Monad and cloud solutions

At Monad, we develop cloud services by leveraging various cloud platforms and assist in modernizing traditional software solutions by migrating them to the cloud. We select the appropriate technologies based on the solution being developed and the user requirements. That’s why we develop services not only using Amazon Web Services (AWS) but also utilize Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) public clouds.

“Cloud services are often cost-effective and hassle-free to maintain. A well-defined cloud strategy enables you to focus on your core business and provides limitless opportunities for future service scalability,” says Tuomas Peltola, software developer at Monad.
